When swim details, dates and requirements have been agreed. You complete and return a booking form, found here.
Once we have received your form, we will send over an invoice for your deposit.
We will then confirm that your booking and deposit have been received.
Around the new year, or a few weeks before your swim,
we will request a self-declared medical/qualifier
form to be completed and returned to us.

The exact details and costs will be clear at the time of booking
For most swims a deposit will be due at the time of booking.
Followed by an instalment in the new year, with the final payment due at least 4 weeks before your swim.
All meeting details will be sent over well in advance, along with ongoing communication up to the big day.
Last thing you need to do is SWIM.
